About US
We’re Uned Studio. A bespoke team of skilled problem solvers who use creativity, incisive thinking and discipline to build compelling brands and experiences. We work with brands and businesses of all sizes, the world over. From whole nation brands to transport networks, new tech and cultural organisations.

We work with good people to create good things, and we only do work that feels like us: positive, progressive, something that adds rather than subtracts from the world.

Nurturing exciting talent is our non-negotiable. We’re people with different strengths, united by our commitment to listening, learning and playing off one another, as we work together. We create careers for people to be immensely proud of – Uned’s a place that creates work that just couldn’t happen anywhere else.

The role
We’re looking for an experienced full-time Project Manager who can match our expertise and effortlessly oversee and deliver projects with confidence, efficiency and a positive attitude.

You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day project delivery, timelines, workflow, documentation and communication – making sure every workstream stays on track, within scope and delivered to the high standard expected of Uned.

Working closely with the Account Manager, you’ll help turn client and account objectives into clear plans with well-managed actions and seamless delivery. You’ll liaise with internal teams, clients and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed, aligned and moving in the same direction.

This role is for someone highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure. Someone who thrives in the detail, enjoys bringing order to busy creative projects and takes real pride in keeping teams supported, motivated and focused.

A good understanding of branding, design and creative processes would be highly beneficial, helping you anticipate what the team needs, protecting the quality of work and supporting projects from brief through to completion.

What you’ll do
— Work alongside the Account Manager in the smooth day-to-day delivery of multiple branding, design and creative projects
— Help turn client and account objectives into clear project plans, timelines, tasks and milestones
— Coordinate workflow across account management, strategy, creative, production, freelancers and external suppliers
— Manage scope, deliverables, timings, budgets, dependencies, actions and approvals across each project
— Maintain a clear view of studio workload, upcoming requirements and resource needs
— Brief teams clearly, making sure responsibilities, timings and quality expectations are understood
— Act as a key internal point of contact for project-specific communication, updates and follow-ups
— Prepare agendas, meeting notes, status reports, actions and next steps
— Track progress against timelines, milestones, budgets, hours and agreed deliverables
— Identify risks, blockers, scope changes and dependencies early, notifying the Account Manager with clear options or recommendations
— Support the improvement of processes, workflows, templates, automations and project management tools alongside the Account Manager
— Keep teams aligned, informed and motivated throughout each project

What we are after
— Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a branding, design or creative agency environment
— Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities at once
— A structured, clear thinker who can turn complexity into clear plans, actions and timelines
— Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
— A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach
— Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work well across clients, internal teams and external partners
— Confidence using project management tools and keeping systems accurate and useful
— The ability to adapt when priorities shift, while keeping projects and people on track
— A genuine sense of ownership and pride in seeing projects through from start to finish
— Initiative to identify opportunities to improve processes, using relevant tools, emerging technology and AI to make workflows smarter, clearer and more efficient

Ways of working
The right person will be:

— Collaborative by nature, working hand-in-hand with the Account Manager and wider team
— Structured yet adaptable, able to pivot when priorities change
— Calm, clear and consistent in their communication
— Detail-focused, without losing sight of the bigger picture
— Comfortable balancing creative ambition with commercial and operational realities
— Motivated by helping others do their best work

What you’ll get
— A competitive salary based on experience
— A generous holiday allowance, including 25 days standard holiday
— Bank holidays
— Your birthday off
